FISH

At Bob’s, we have received more than several awards for our smoked fish.  We carry smoked salmon, a peppered smoked salmon, smoked whitefish and smoked lake trout. Sometimes the whitefish and lake trout are limited due to time of year. Our lake trout and whitefish are all from the one of the Great Lakes . The Salmon is wild caught from Norway. 

During the summer months, or holidays or upon request, we have smoked shrimp, all smoked right here at Bob's!

 

If you happen to go fishing and get lucky, we can smoke your fish for you. All you have to do is either fillet it or remove the head, remove the guts and bring it in. We do the rest.  We are not always open when you are done fishing so we have a fish drop box at Bob’s located on the West side of the shop. Fill out a tag located at the fish drop box, with your name, and phone number and drop it in the box. It is a freezer, so it will remain fresh.  We check the box every morning and will take it from there.

FISH Processing
