Made in house our bacon is smoked thick sliced, ready for your frying pan. Approximately 1 lb. packages.
 
Please note, beef bacon will not get crispy like regular pork bacon does. Because, beef bacon is made from the brisket it is usually leaner. Overcooking may yield a tough and chewy product.
