Our Pork Steaks are fresh cut from the shoulder of the pig. Great for grilling, frying, or baking; this versatile cut of meat is sure to be a weeknight family dinner favorite. Steaks are cut approximately 3/4" thick. Two per package. Cut approximatley 3/4 inch thick and about 2.5 pounds per package.
