Skirt Steaks are cut from the diaphragm muscle of the cow, located beneath the rib cage. This long, thin strips of meat are known for their rich, beefy flavor and slightly chewy texture. Excellent when marinated before cooking to enhance tenderness. Typically used for fajitas, tacos, and stir-fries. One steak per package. Each package weighs about 1.5 - 2 pounds.
