TURKEY

We, of course, have fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving, but did you know that year round we carry smoked whole turkeys, smoked turkey breast and smoked turkey drums?  We also make our own deli turkey breast for lunch meat.

 

Other popular items are our turkey brats and ground turkey. While many manufacturers use mechanically separated turkey, the only poultry that Bob's uses is boneless turkey thighs.


All of our turkey products come from Michigan!!!

 

Did you also know, we can take your turkey that you bought or were given and smoke it for you? 

 

For the hunters out there, we can take your wild turkey and smoke it, too. It does need to come to us with feathers plucked and skin on for best results.

CHOOSE FROM:

  • Smoked Turkey (from 10-14 #) fully cooked. Can be eaten cold or heated.  Heating enhances the flavor.
     

  • Turkey Deli Meat Fresh sliced, NOT PROCESSED. A few flavors are available.
     

  • Brats ~ Turkey (4 in pkg)

  • Smoked Boneless Turkey Breast fully cooked. Can be eaten cold or heated.  Heating enhances the flavor. A few flavors are available.
     

  • Smoked Turkey Drums (1/pkg)
     

  • Turkey Jerky: Cowboy Flavor
