We went with another couple to check out Bob’s Processing, which is a good 45 minutes from our house. We bought our Christmas prime rib and some of their bacon and jerky to try.
Two weeks later, we had to drive back and buy more of their cowboy bacon and other goodies, but we are amazed at the flavor of the cowboy bacon!
We’re so glad we found Bob’s Processing and will be back!!!

They have the best bratwurst!! So many great choices of meat to choose from and I have always loved the prime rib. The smoked fish also smelled amazing the last time I was there and will be trying it in the future.

Wow! Not what I was expecting at all. I was looking for some smoked fish while on vacation in the area. I figured this place would be a little hole in the wall out in the country with maybe a couple of display cases of meat staffed by just the owner.
Wow was I wrong! This is a full scale meat processor with every kind of smoked (and non) meat you can think of in refrigerators and freezers! They also do custom processing and smoking of your meats.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had several people working to help you out. I will look this place up on future trips!
